Heath Dorn
Heath is a transformation leader and enterprise Agile and DevOps coach with a track record of improving operational and financial results through Agile and DevOps transformations, hands-on coaching, and organizational change management. He is fluent in the languages of culture, process, and technology.
At U.S. Space Force he led the Agile transformation that replaced SPADOC, a forty-year-old space domain awareness system, with the ATLAS system for detecting and tracking objects on orbit. At the Air Force Research Laboratory he led the Agile implementation of DRAGON, changing how the Department of War develops, validates and integrates operational software. Before that he ran the digital transformation at T-Mobile and delivered US Bank's iOS app in nine months, the year the bank was named Digital Banker of the Year.
