We are a small, fast-moving team building the AI agent platform that powers defense operations. You will have real ownership from week one and your work goes in front of customers and investors quickly.
We're always looking for talented professionals to help us build the next big thing in AI Orchestration.
MCP Platform Engineer
Own the layer that lets our agents do real work — the MCP servers, the agent gateway, and the orchestration that ties them together.

MCP Platform Engineer
Own the layer that lets our agents do real work — the MCP servers, the agent gateway, and the orchestration that ties them together.
What you will do
- Build and operate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose tools and data to agents safely.
- Own the agent gateway — runtime, scheduling, auth, and the boundaries between agents and the systems they touch.
- Implement agent-to-agent collaboration: how agents discover, delegate to, and hand off work.
- Integrate LLMs (Claude / Anthropic API and others) — tool use, structured output, context, cost and latency control.
- Run it in production — deploy to EKS/AKS via ArgoCD/Helm, target IL2+ environments, ship through our weekly release train.
What we are looking for
- Must be a US Citizen and able to support US Government Contracts.
- Strong Python — you design and ship production services, not just scripts.
- Hands-on LLM application development (agents, tool/function calling, RAG, or MCP). You have built something real.
- Comfortable with Kubernetes and GitOps deployment (Helm, ArgoCD, or equivalent).
- Solid grasp of API design, auth, and securing service-to-service communication.
- Nice to have: direct MCP experience, FastAPI, multi-agent frameworks, IL2+/FedRAMP environments.
AI Fullstack Engineer
Build the platform our agents and operators live in — full stack, from FastAPI services down to the React UI, shipping AI-powered features end to end.

AI Fullstack Engineer
Build the platform our agents and operators live in — full stack, from FastAPI services down to the React UI, shipping AI-powered features end to end.
What you will do
- Build features across the stack: FastAPI/Python backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
- Design and implement APIs that power the platform workspace, agent interactions, and reporting.
- Build UI for AI-native workflows — agent activity, human-in-the-loop review, and collaboration operators trust.
- Integrate LLM capabilities (Claude / Anthropic API and others) into product features.
- Own your work in production — deploy via ArgoCD/Helm to EKS/AKS and contribute to the weekly release train.
What we are looking for
- Must be a US Citizen and able to support US Government Contracts.
- Strong fullstack experience: Python (FastAPI or similar) backend, React + TypeScript frontend.
- You have shipped and maintained production web applications, not just prototypes.
- Comfortable integrating third-party and LLM APIs into real products.
- Solid on API design, data modeling, and writing tested, maintainable code.
- Nice to have: AI/LLM product features, Kubernetes/GitOps, Tailwind or Next.js, IL2+/FedRAMP environments.
Senior Forward Deployed DevSecOps Engineer
You are the system integrator for the Fulcrum platform: the engineer who carries it from our pipelines into accredited customer environments and back. You will alternate between operating in customer secure facilities and slotting into the development team writing production code. Your ability to be both a voice for the customer and the codebase is critical.

What you will do
- Deploy and operate Fulcrum in customer secure environments: stand up air-gapped installs and deploy to EKS/AKS via ArgoCD/Helm targeting IL2+ environments; integrate with customer identity, networks, and data systems, and keep them healthy (monitoring, logging, alerting).
- Contribute to the secure release pipeline (GitHub Actions, builds on hardened bases, signing, provenance, SBOMs, and release candidate gates feeding the weekly release train) and carry releases through its far end: ArgoCD/GitOps delivery.
- Rotate onto the development team shipping production Python (FastAPI services, CLIs) and hardening the platform itself: auth (OIDC/JWT), pod security, secrets handling.
- Turn scans, SBOMs, and provenance into accreditation and cATO evidence; execute the IL6 path (STIG hardening, GovCloud/DoD identity authorities).
- Represent engineering with the customer: run integrations, debug in place, and carry what you learn back into the product.
What we are looking for
- Active TS clearance required and in place at hire; U.S. citizenship required, with no clearance sponsorship available.
- 5+ years across DevSecOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering, proven in both halves of the job: writing production Python and deploying/operating systems in secure or air-gapped environments.
- Strong with containers and Kubernetes: image hardening, pod security, Helm/GitOps delivery, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent).
- Hands-on with CI/CD and software supply-chain security: GitHub Actions, image scanning, signing and provenance (cosign/Syft/Grype/Trivy or equivalents).
- Experience in DoD or IC environments: RMF/ATO, NIST 800-53, IL2+, STIG, working under accreditation constraints.
- Comfortable operating and integrating LLM/agent workloads: MCP, agent platforms, local model serving. This platform is one.
- Nice to have: UDS/Zarf/Iron Bank, AWS GovCloud, local LLM serving (Ollama/LMStudio), prior field or deployed engineering roles.
