MCP Platform Engineer
Remote (U.S.)No clearance required
Own the layer that lets our agents do real work — the MCP servers, the agent gateway, and the orchestration that ties them together.
What you will do
- Build and operate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose tools and data to agents safely.
- Own the agent gateway — runtime, scheduling, auth, and the boundaries between agents and the systems they touch.
- Implement agent-to-agent collaboration: how agents discover, delegate to, and hand off work.
- Integrate LLMs (Claude / Anthropic API and others) — tool use, structured output, context, cost and latency control.
- Run it in production — deploy to EKS/AKS via ArgoCD/Helm, target IL2+ environments, ship through our weekly release train.
What we are looking for
- Strong Python — you design and ship production services, not just scripts.
- Hands-on LLM application development (agents, tool/function calling, RAG, or MCP). You have built something real.
- Comfortable with Kubernetes and GitOps deployment (Helm, ArgoCD, or equivalent).
- Solid grasp of API design, auth, and securing service-to-service communication.
- Nice to have: direct MCP experience, FastAPI, multi-agent frameworks, IL2+/FedRAMP environments.
AI Fullstack Engineer

Build the platform our agents and operators live in — full stack, from FastAPI services down to the React UI, shipping AI-powered features end to end.
What you will do
- Build features across the stack: FastAPI/Python backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
- Design and implement APIs that power the platform workspace, agent interactions, and reporting.
- Build UI for AI-native workflows — agent activity, human-in-the-loop review, and collaboration operators trust.
- Integrate LLM capabilities (Claude / Anthropic API and others) into product features.
- Own your work in production — deploy via ArgoCD/Helm to EKS/AKS and contribute to the weekly release train.
What we are looking for
- Strong fullstack experience: Python (FastAPI or similar) backend, React + TypeScript frontend.
- You have shipped and maintained production web applications, not just prototypes.
- Comfortable integrating third-party and LLM APIs into real products.
- Solid on API design, data modeling, and writing tested, maintainable code.
- Nice to have: AI/LLM product features, Kubernetes/GitOps, Tailwind or Next.js, IL2+/FedRAMP environments.
Enterprise Agile Coach

Drive agile transformation across our programs — working directly with leadership, program managers, and engineering teams to embed agile principles from team-level ceremonies to portfolio-level planning. A hands-on coaching role with real organizational influence.
What you will do
- Lead enterprise-level agile transformation across program teams and business units, coaching teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leaders.
- Assess organizational agile maturity and develop tailored improvement roadmaps.
- Guide adoption of SAFe or equivalent scaling frameworks; facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and leadership agile reviews.
- Embed with delivery teams to coach sprint ceremonies and help remove impediments, improve flow, and deliver value predictably.
- Introduce metrics-driven improvement using velocity, cycle time, throughput, and team health indicators.
- Partner with executives on agile leadership mindset, org structure, team topologies, and portfolio prioritization.
- Adapt agile to government contracting realities — CDRLs, milestone reviews, EVMS, and agile-friendly delivery reporting.
What we are looking for
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance — mandatory, must be in place at hire. U.S. Citizenship required. No clearance sponsorship available.
- 7+ years in agile coaching, Scrum Mastery, or agile program management, including 3+ years of enterprise-level coaching across multiple teams or programs.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent enterprise agile certification.
- Hands-on experience implementing SAFe, LeSS, or DAD at scale in complex organizations.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; demonstrated ability to coach both teams and executive leadership.
- Experience in DoD, defense contracting, or national security program environments.
- Preferred: Active TS/SCI; CSC or ICP-ACC; DevSecOps/CI-CD in classified environments; AI/ML, space, C2, or ISR background; prior military service.
Fractional CFO / Controller

Serve as the senior financial voice of an early-stage defense company — building the systems, processes, and reporting that enable informed decisions by leadership, investors, and government counterparts. Manage day-to-day accounting while thinking strategically about capital planning and contract structure.
What you will do
- Own monthly close, financial statements, and accounting and management reporting packages.
- Build and maintain cash flow models, runway projections, and budget-vs-actuals.
- Manage government contract accounting — FAR/DFARS compliance, cost accounting, indirect rate structures, and DCAA audit readiness.
- Support proposal pricing, rate card development, and contract financial structuring (FFP, T&M, CPFF).
- Establish internal controls, chart of accounts, and accounting policies appropriate for a defense contractor.
- Coordinate with external CPA firm for tax filings and year-end close; interface with contracting officers on financial certifications.
- Support fundraising and investor reporting; advise on corporate structure, equity, and compensation.
What we are looking for
- U.S. Citizenship — mandatory. Involves access to controlled information and government contract data; permanent residents and visa holders are not eligible.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional credential.
- 5+ years in senior finance or accounting roles; prior fractional or multi-client experience welcomed.
- Demonstrated government contracting experience (DoD, DHS, or IC preferred); familiarity with FAR Part 31 cost principles and DCAA audits.
- Strong command of GAAP and accrual-basis accounting in project/contract environments.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or comparable cloud accounting platforms.
- Preferred: early/growth-stage defense tech experience; SBA 8(a) / HUBZone vehicles; SBIR/STTR reporting; prior CFO or VP Finance title.
